How do I use the pads?
Wash and dry your feet, stick one pad on the centre of each sole before bed and peel them off in the morning (6–8 hours).
How many packs do I need?
You use 2 pads a night, so 1 pack (10 pads) lasts 5 nights. 3 packs = 15 nights, 5 packs = 25 nights, 7 packs = 35 nights.
Why is the pad darker in the morning?
The pad absorbs moisture from your feet during the night. Together with the bamboo vinegar and the other ingredients, this makes it look darker.
Who should not use them?
Children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and anyone with a wound, rash or irritated skin on the feet. If you have a medical condition, ask your doctor first. Stop if your skin feels uncomfortable.
