How to wear

1. Place the silicone pad on the front of your leg, just below the kneecap.
2. Wrap the strap around the back of your leg and thread it through the metal buckle.
3. Pull to a snug, comfortable fit – don't overtighten.
4. Press the Velcro down to secure the strap.
5. Gently bend and straighten your knee to check comfort.
If you feel numbness, tingling, irritation or more pain, remove the strap.

How is STRYDE different from a normal knee brace?

A normal brace or sleeve wraps the whole knee. STRYDE is a narrow strap with a silicone pad that supports only the area just below the kneecap. That makes it lighter, cooler and easier to bend in – but if you need full stabilisation of the joint, a full brace may suit you better.

Will it fit me?

It's one adjustable size for a knee circumference of approx. 28–41 cm, measured about 2.5 cm (1 inch) below the kneecap. It fits the left or right knee.

Does it slip when I move?

When fitted snugly with the buckle and Velcro, the pad stays below the kneecap while you walk, jog, cycle or train. Firm but comfortable is the right tightness – if you feel numbness or tingling, loosen it.

How do I pay and when will it arrive?

You pay in cash to the courier on delivery – nothing in advance. We confirm your order by WhatsApp or phone, and standard delivery is free and usually takes 2–4 business days to all 7 emirates.

Can I return it?

Yes. You can request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery. For non-defect returns the product must be unused and in its original packaging. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll explain the next steps.
